This is the best breakfast place in Vancouver!! The omelets are so huge there is no way a person could eat a whole one. The owner seems to keep a close eye on all her customers. Carol's has what I think is the best thing a restaurant can do for their customers, they have an assitant who refills drinks and picks up plates. There is nothing worse than having a great meal and having it spoiled because the waitress is too busy to bring coffee around. That NEVER happens here! I love this place!!!
